Enforcement powers

The provisions of ORS 447.210 (Definitions for ORS 447.210 to 447.280) to 447.280 (Enforcement powers) and rules adopted under them shall be considered part of the state building code and violations shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 455.450 (Prohibited acts).
