Hospital to maintain records

A hospital shall keep and maintain records necessary to demonstrate compliance with ORS 441.152 (Nurse Staffing Advisory Board) to 441.177 (Posting of audit reports and civil penalties). For purposes of this section, the Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules specifying the content of the records and the form and manner of keeping, maintaining and disposing of the records. A hospital must provide records kept and maintained under this section to the authority upon request. [2015 c.669 §8]
