Variances to staffing plan requirements

Upon request of a hospital, the Oregon Health Authority may grant a variance to the written hospital-wide staffing plan requirements described in ORS 441.155 (Written staffing plan for nursing services) if the variance is necessary to ensure that the hospital is staffed to meet the health care needs of patients.
