2017 ORS 433.860¹

The Oregon Health Authority or local public health authority, as defined in ORS 431.003 (Definitions), may institute an action in the circuit court of the county where the violation occurred to enjoin repeated violations of ORS 433.850 (Prohibition on aerosolizing, smoking or vaporizing in place of employment).
