Electronic Prescription Monitoring Fund

(1) The Electronic Prescription Monitoring Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The Electronic Prescription Monitoring Fund consists of moneys transmitted to the fund under ORS 431A.880 (Fees) and any other moneys deposited in accordance with law. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 431A.855 (Establishment of program) to 431A.900 (Civil penalty for violation of ORS 431A.855 to 431A.900).

(2) The authority may accept grants, donations, gifts or moneys from any source for deposit into the fund established by this section. [Formerly 431.974]
