Authorization to deposit money belonging to youth offenders and youth in authority custody in trust account

The Oregon Youth Authority may deposit money belonging to youth offenders or others in youth authority custody in a trust account in the State Treasury separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the account, if any, shall accrue to the benefit of the account. [1995 c.422 §12a; 2013 c.229 §11]
