Adjudication without hearing

If a youth is cited or summoned for violating ORS 471.430 (Purchase or possession of alcoholic beverages by person under 21), 475B.316 (Prohibition against person under 21 years of age possessing, attempting to purchase or purchasing marijuana item) or 475B.341 (Unlawful possession by person under 21 years of age) and fails to appear, the court may adjudicate the citation or petition and enter a disposition without a hearing.
