Time limitations on shelter care

No youth shall be held in shelter care more than 36 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and judicial holidays, except on order of the court made pursuant to a hearing under ORS 419C.145 (Preadjudication detention), 419C.150 (Time limitations on detention), 419C.153 (Detention review or release hearing) and 419C.156 (Detention of runaway from another state).
