2015 ORS 419C.007¹
Suspension or revocation of driving privileges

If a juvenile court finds a youth to be within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 419C.005 (Jurisdiction) because the youth committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute an offense that is a ground for suspension or revocation of driving privileges upon conviction of the offense, the order of the court finding the youth to be within the jurisdiction of the court constitutes a ground for suspension or revocation of the youth’s driving privileges.
