Appeal from decision of department

Any person affected by any decision or order of the Department of Human Services made pursuant to ORS 418.625 (Definitions for ORS 418.625 to 418.645) to 418.645 (Appeal from decision of department) may appeal therefrom to the Court of Appeals as provided in ORS 183.480 (Judicial review of agency orders) for the review of orders in contested cases.
