Grant program to support alignment of systems

The Oregon Health Authority and the Early Learning Council shall establish a grant program to provide funding to support effective and scalable strategies that align voluntary statewide early learning systems and health systems for the purpose of improving the developmental outcomes for children from zero through three years of age.
