Placement of children in institutions in other states

Any court having jurisdiction pursuant to ORS 419B.100 (Jurisdiction) or 419C.005 (Jurisdiction) to place children may place a child in an institution in another state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof.
