2017 ORS 414.530¹
When payments not made for hemophilia services

Payments under ORS 414.500 (Findings regarding medical assistance for persons with hemophilia) to 414.530 (When payments not made for hemophilia services) shall not be made for any services which are available to the recipient under any other private, state or federal programs or under other contractual or legal entitlements. However, no provision of ORS 414.500 (Findings regarding medical assistance for persons with hemophilia) to 414.530 (When payments not made for hemophilia services) is intended to limit in any way state participation in any federal program for medical care of persons with hemophilia.
