Electronically transmitted prescriptions

The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules permitting a practitioner to communicate prescription drug orders by electronic means directly to the dispensing pharmacist. [2001 c.623 §8; 2003 c.14 §192; 2009 c.595 §297]
