2017 ORS 413.105¹
Deposit of reimbursements received for medical assistance expenditures

All sums of money recovered by or paid to the Oregon Health Authority as reimbursement for funds expended for medical assistance shall be paid into the Oregon Health Authority Fund established by ORS 413.101 (Oregon Health Authority Fund) and may be used for the provision and administration of medical assistance. However, the United States Government is entitled to a share of any amount received as its interest may appear, which shall be promptly paid to the United States Government. [2011 c.720 §46]

Note: 413.105 (Deposit of reimbursements received for medical assistance expenditures) to 413.151 (Setoff of liquidated and delinquent debts) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 413 or any series therein by legislative action.
