Persons authorized to represent parties in contested cases

Notwithstanding ORS 8.690 (Advising and representing county officers and employees), 9.160 (Bar membership required to practice law), 9.320 (Necessity for employment of attorney) or 203.145 (Appointment of legal counsel for county governing body) or ORS chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Oregon Health Authority, a party that is not a natural person may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the party.
