Agreements among certain safety agencies for rendering emergency services

Public or private safety agencies may enter into agreements requiring that an emergency unit dispatched by a public safety answering point must render emergency services without regard to jurisdictional boundaries. [Formerly 401.780; 2015 c.247 §16]
