2017 ORS 401.362¹

ORS 401.358 (Definitions for ORS 401.358 to 401.368) to 401.368 (Workers’ compensation benefits) apply only to a qualified emergency service volunteer who is performing emergency service activities under the direction of a public body without compensation from the public body other than reimbursement for food, lodging, costs of transportation and other expenses.
