Using county funds for bridges

If the money provided by ORS 368.705 (County road fund) is expended and an emergency arises demanding immediate action by it, the county court may in its discretion apply any moneys in the county treasury, not otherwise appropriated, toward defraying the expense of building or repairing bridges on any of the county or state roads within the county or over streams forming boundaries between the county and any other county.
