“Financial aid” defined

As used in ORS 348.500 (Purpose) to 348.695 (Rights and remedies of bondholders and trustees), “financial aid” includes loans, grants, scholarships, work opportunities and other forms of financial aid to assist students in completing their post-high-school education.
