Residency for purpose of distribution of state aid

(1) The provisions of ORS 341.487 (Admission of nonresident students at resident tuition rate under certain conditions) shall not apply to admissions arranged under ORS 350.750 (Nonresident tuition in post-secondary educational institutions).

(2) For purposes of ORS 341.626 (Distribution of state aid), and notwithstanding ORS 341.487 (Admission of nonresident students at resident tuition rate under certain conditions), students who are residents of Idaho, Washington, California and Nevada and students admitted pursuant to ORS 350.750 (Nonresident tuition in post-secondary educational institutions) shall be considered as residents of Oregon.
