Penalty for violation of ORS 321.682
Violation of ORS 321.682 (Confidentiality of reports, returns and appraisal data) is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or, if committed by an officer or employee of the state, dismissal or removal from office or employment, or both fine and dismissal or removal from office or employment.
