State Treasurer designation of depositories

The State Treasurer may designate such banks and credit unions within this state as are necessary as depositories for collecting drafts, checks, certificates of deposit and coupons the State Treasurer receives on account of any claim due the state. [Formerly 295.135; 2010 c.101 §22]
