Collection and disposition of amounts due counties

Pursuant to ORS 293.250 (Collections Unit), a county may collect any moneys owed to the county pursuant to a judgment obtained under ORS 169.151 (Expenses of keeping prisoners). The county shall provide to the Department of Revenue the amount owed and the name, Social Security number and address of the person who owes the moneys. [2001 c.641 §1]
