The summary must include, at a minimum, functions related to assessment and taxation, community corrections, district attorneys, juvenile corrections and probation, public health, mental health and chemical dependency, veterans services, roads and economic development. The summary must provide the total expenses for each program and identify the revenues used to fund the program from general county resources, state grants, federal grants, video lottery resources and other resources as applicable. The summary must include the revenues and expenditures in the adopted budget, revenues and expenditures in the prior years adopted budget, and actual revenue and expenditure data from the two previous years.
