Agreements between primary sponsor and United States

The primary sponsors of projects listed in ORS 285B.503 (Oregon Unified International Trade Fund) are authorized to enter into agreements with agencies of the United States for the project and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may each agree to be bound by any requirement imposed by an Act of the United States Congress as a condition of federal participation in the project.
