Loans in distressed areas exempt from security and collateral requirements

The Oregon Business Development Department may make loans in distressed areas, as defined by the department, without regard to the requirements for security and collateral under ORS 285B.059 (Conditions for commission approval of project) and 285B.062 (Loan contract) that are otherwise applicable.
