Oregon Commercialized Research Fund

(1) There is created within the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund, the Oregon Commercialized Research Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Commercialized Research Fund shall be credited to the fund.

(2) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Innovation Council for the purpose of making grants and loans under ORS 284.735 (Grants and loans to growth businesses).

(3) The council may accept moneys from any source for deposit in the fund.

(4) The council may use moneys in the fund to pay the administrative costs associated with the fund and with making grants, loans and other distributions of moneys from the fund. [2005 c.748 §8; 2009 c.805 §4; 2011 c.610 §6]
