Application of ORS 279C.650 to 279C.670

ORS 279C.650 (“Labor dispute” defined) to 279C.670 (Application of ORS 279C.650 to 279C.670) do not apply to suspension of the work or termination of the contract that occurs as a result of the contractor’s violation of federal, state or local statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations in existence at the time the contract was executed or as a result of violations of the terms of the contract.
