“Retainage” defined
As used in ORS 279C.550 (“Retainage” defined) to 279C.570 (Prompt payment policy), “retainage” means the difference between the amount earned by a contractor on a public improvement contract and the amount paid on the contract by the contracting agency. [2003 c.794 §146; 2005 c.103 §32]
