Authorization for reimbursement payments
The signature of the obligee or guardian of a child covered by a health benefit plan is a valid authorization for purposes of processing an insurance reimbursement payment to the provider of the health services as provided in ORS 743B.470 (Medicaid not considered in coverage eligibility determination).
