Application information public record
All information submitted to the Public Safety Memorial Fund Board by an applicant is a public record under ORS 192.410 (Definitions for ORS 192.410 to 192.505) and is open to public inspection unless the board determines that the information should be kept confidential. [1999 c.981 §7]
