Grouping retired and nonretired employees for health insurance coverage
The Public Employees Benefit Board may group retired state employees and state employees who are not retired for the purpose of entering into contracts for health insurance coverage. [1991 c.969 §1; 1997 c.222 §42]
Note: 243.302 (Grouping retired and nonretired employees for health insurance coverage) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 243 or any series therein by legislative action.
