Uniformity of interpretation

In applying and construing ORS 24.350 (Definitions for ORS 24.350 to 24.400) to 24.400 (Short title), consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. [2009 c.48 §9]
