2017 ORS 226.990¹

Violation of ORS 226.190 (Prohibition of member interest in board contracts) is punishable, upon conviction, in the same manner and to the same extent as for a crime defined in ORS 164.043 (Theft in the third degree), 164.045 (Theft in the second degree), 164.055 (Theft in the first degree) and 164.057 (Aggravated theft in the first degree).
