Failure to return revoked, suspended or canceled commercial driver training school certificate
- • penalty
(1) A person commits the offense of failure to return a revoked, suspended or canceled commercial driver training school certificate if the Department of Transportation revokes, suspends or cancels a commercial driver training school certificate issued to the person under ORS 822.515 (Certificates) and the person does not immediately return the certificate to the department.
(2) The offense described in this section, failure to return a revoked, suspended or canceled commercial driver training school certificate, is a Class A misdemeanor. [1983 c.338 §830; 1985 c.393 §59]
