Failure to renew snowmobile registration
- • penalty
(1) A person commits the offense of failure to renew snowmobile registration if the person is the owner of a snowmobile in this state and the person does not renew registration for the snowmobile in the manner the Department of Transportation prescribes when the registration expires as provided under ORS 821.080 (Issuance) and pay the required fee for renewal of registration established under ORS 821.320 (Snowmobile registration and permit fees).
