Operation of all-terrain vehicles on certain highways
Notwithstanding ORS 821.020 (Applicability of off-road vehicle exemption from general equipment requirements), or any law requiring that vehicles be equipped in specified ways in order to operate on highways, Class I, Class II and Class III all-terrain vehicles may operate on any highway in this state that is open to the public and is not maintained for passenger car traffic.
