(1) Nothing in ORS 802.175 (Definitions for ORS 802.175 to 802.191) to 802.187 (Relationship to other privacy statutes) authorizes disclosure by the Department of Transportation of personal information that is barred from disclosure by the provisions of ORS 192.445 (Nondisclosure on request of home address, home telephone number and electronic mail address) or 192.502 (Other public records exempt from disclosure) (2).

(2) Nothing in ORS 802.175 (Definitions for ORS 802.175 to 802.191) to 802.187 (Relationship to other privacy statutes) prohibits an individual from having access to personal information about the individual that is contained in motor vehicle records. [1997 c.678 §8]
