"Financial responsibility requirements"
"Financial responsibility requirements" means the ability to respond in damages for liability, on account of accidents arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of a motor vehicle in a manner provided under ORS 806.060 (Methods of compliance). [1983 c.338 §74; 1985 c.16 §20]
