(1) The Port of Coos Bay is hereby renamed the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.

(2) Notwithstanding ORS 777.135 (Board of port commissioners) to 777.165 (Vacancies), 777.410 (Ports may borrow money and issue bonds) and 777.415 (Resolution and election prerequisite to issuance of bonds), ORS 777.915 (Definitions for ORS 777.915 to 777.953) to 777.953 (Annexation) apply to the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.
