When document fulfills obligations of contract or conditions of credit
The question whether a document is adequate to fulfill the obligations of a contract for sale or the conditions of a credit is governed by ORS chapter 72 on sales and ORS chapter 75 on letters of credit. [1961 c.726 §77.5090 (When document fulfills obligations of contract or conditions of credit)]
