  • adjustment of operation and benefits plans

After two years of operation of the pool, and every two years thereafter, the Oregon Medical Insurance Pool Board shall conduct a study of the pool and adjust the plan of operation and benefits plan to reflect the findings of the study. The board may also recommend amendments to ORS 735.600 (Legislative intent) to 735.650 (Application of provisions of Insurance Code) and other statutes as necessary to the Legislative Assembly to address the claims loss experience of the pool.
