Obligations secured by shipping documents
In addition to obligations permitted under ORS 708A.295 (Limitations on amount of obligations to Oregon commercial bank), an Oregon commercial bank may make loans to or acquire other obligations of a person without regard to amount, provided the obligations are fully secured by shipping documents conveying or securing title to goods or commodities in process of shipment. [1997 c.631 §149]
