(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 694.025 (License required to deal in hearing aids), 694.028 (Conditions for making or sale of hearing aid by temporary licensee), 694.032 (Offer for or sale of hearing aid by direct mail) and 694.145 (Prohibited acts and practices) is a Class B misdemeanor.
