(1) Subject to approval of the State Board of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Diversion Program Supervisory Council may appoint a program director to serve at the pleasure of the council. The program director shall be an employee of the board.
(2) The program director shall administer, under the control and supervision of the council, the diversion program for licensees who are chemically dependent.
(3) The board may appoint such employees as may be necessary to carry out the duties of the council under the control and supervision of the council. [1989 c.667 §2; 2005 c.313 §2; 2007 c.70 §314]
