The Board of Radiologic Technology shall license any person who makes an application in writing and pays a fee in an amount set by the board and who at that time:
(1) Is at least 18 years of age;
(2) Has successfully completed a four-year course of study in a secondary school approved by the board of education of the state in which the school is located or has passed an approved equivalency test; and
(3) Meets the requirements for licensing as described in ORS 688.465 (Qualifications of radiologic technologist in diagnostic field), 688.475 (Qualifications of radiologic technologist in therapeutic field) and 688.495 (Licensing without examination).
