Statement of dentist or physician before treatment by denturist
Denturists licensed prior to January 1, 2004, who have not received an oral pathology endorsement from the State Board of Denture Technology may not treat any person without having first received a statement, dated within 30 days of the date of treatment and signed by a dentist, physician or nurse practitioner, that the person’s oral cavity is substantially free from disease and mechanically sufficient to receive a denture.
