Immunity from civil liability

The Oregon Medical Board, the Diversion Program Supervisory Council, and their members, employees and contractors shall be immune from any civil liability arising from good faith actions taken pursuant to ORS 677.615 (Diversion Program Supervisory Council) to 677.677 (Rulemaking authority of board). The Oregon Medical Board, the Health Professionals Program Supervisory Council, and their members, employees and contractors shall be immune from any civil liability arising from good faith actions taken pursuant to ORS 677.615 (Diversion Program Supervisory Council) to 677.677 (Rulemaking authority of board).
