Use of services of Oregon Department of Administrative Services

In performing its powers and duties under chapter 885, Oregon Laws 1999, the Oregon Health Licensing Agency may utilize the administrative assistance of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. The agency shall pay to the department a proportionate share of the cost of such administrative services, such share to be fixed by biennial negotiation between the agency and the department.
